Ashley @ IMT Devonshire…wish I could have had the opportunity to meet her, however the price for the one bedroom is unfortunately, something I cannot afford. Wish I could have gone to see this place. Just Ashley’s attitude right off the bat made me want to move here! She was super informational and helpful. She answered all my questions while being patient, understanding, and informative. I’ve spoken to a handful of leasing representatives and by far, Ashley was the best! Looking for a place has been extremely frustrating, but people like her make the experience much more rewarding. Hoping one day I can maybe find myself considering this place again….thanks for your help, Ashley!

We have been with IMT for 7 years and they have been absolutely THE best. They are very timely with their services when something needs to be fixed. The staff and the manager (Natalie) are super friendly and have become like family. If you're looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to live, we highly recommend IMT Superior and IMT Devonshire. They are affordable, conveniently located and super clean.
