Did I really pay $42 for this experience... HERES A TIP FOR THE OWNER: TEACH THIS SPECIFIC "NAIL TECH" TO SHUT HER MOUTH & JUST DO HER JOB. NOBODY NEEDS HER UNWARRANTED COMMENTS NOR HER AWFUL FACIAL EXPRESSIONS. I would never come back because the level of rudeness was UNBELIEVABLE...& how they just want to get through customers was so off putting. Came in today, Saturday, 04/09/2022. Our appointment was at 10am for 3 pedicures. 1) The woman assigned to me kept trying to upsell services with me. Understandable, it's a business. I made it clear all I wanted was a basic pedicure. She finally stopped. I didn't get her name so the only description I have is she was the oldest woman in the shop. 2) To be clear, I hate all feet; including my own but my feet are not bad. I just needed the cuticles cut down & color which is why IM GETTING A PEDICURE! She proceeded to start making comments about my feet. I thought it was because she was again trying to upsell services, well she wasn't. She pointed out how dry they were, there were callous, and how my nails were discolored & laughed. 3) My 2 sisters were there as well & I think out of all people in this world, they would tell my if my feet were not in good condition or nasty AF. The nail techs assigned to them were so beyond sweet. When they were done their tech's provided them a pair of disposable flip flops. When I was done my lady tried to slip my Sandal on. I was fine with it but as she was slipping my sandal on, she nicked my big toe & completely smeared the polish....I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. 4) One of my sisters said she could tell from the start she was either new or just didn't care. My lady painted the polish on so messy. She had to use acetone on every single freaking toe to clean it up over & over. Dry out my cuticles & feet even more why don't you! 5) When she smeared my toe she cursed in Vietnamese (I'm Chinese but I know what Vietnamese sounds like). SHE HUFFED AND BUFFED AND ROLLED HER EYES SO HARD! SHE GOT SO FRUSTRATED & GAVE ME THE MOST AWFUL DEATH STARE. SHE GRABBED MY FOOT SO HARD TO FIX IT. I HONESTLY THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO STAB MY FOOT WITH THE CUTICLE CUTTER! She eventually caught herself & calmed down. I sat there SILENT & in shock! Despite all of that, I STILL TIPPED this lady 20%. It's so beyond frustrating & upsetting because I am the most polite person who respects people who provide services which is why I still tipped her. I understand what it's like to provide a service & hope someone respects & pays me for the job I do. She literally ruined my day!

they take forever to get to you but do nice work. i wish she let me have an appointment at 6 but she told me to come at 5:30 and sat me down at 6 🤷‍♀️

I have been coming to this nail salon for many years. It does tend to get very busy and they sometimes overbook. I have gone in with an appointment and have had to wait. Overall, I am happy with the service. The manager always remembers everyone and tries to make everybody feel comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Stars for cleanliness and being attended to as soon as I got there, however the girl who did my nails seemed to be in a rush to be done with my acrylics to start on the next customer. I had to remind her that I needed to wash my hands before she started polishing up my nails, and overall was somewhat careless to details. Should've made an appointment with Lan.
