Hey Anyone that has this Insurance watch out! This insurance company is asking the policy holders to pay 6 months to a year in advance when your renewal comes up? I think this is not fair to people who pay month to month, when i asked Wawanesa why they are doing this there respond was because to many people filling claims and getting into accidents, I said so the good drivers have to pay for this? Not fair @ all so beware people this is happening. So if you pay up front 6 months to a year and God for bid you are not around? They still get you money 💰

How can you close MY CLAIM WITHOUT EVER TAKING THE TIME TO CONTACT ME. I am furious, I was rear-ended the woman admitted at fault, she wanted to pay out of pocket for damages I decided to go through insurance since I already had a claim. 8 days since my claim no one ever contacted me. I had to contact them, and turns out from customer service that Rosario Mendez closed my claim without ever contacting me, is that even ethical?! I’ve never spoken to this person so we pay thousands and thousands of dollars to have lazy employees not even want to do work for a client of theirs that was not at fault. Super sad will have to move insurance companies and tell my clients to leave you guys their loyalty is with me and not an insurance company that hasn’t handled this situation with integrity. I work for a major brokerage company and will def no longer recommend you guys unless this is handled immediately.

My insurance increased because I no longer have 2 cars it went up $70+ I have 3 more payments left until renewal and I won’t be renewing because we have to pay it in full now instead of monthly payments, I had no problems with this insurance company before…also I don’t understand how they can tell us how miles I drive just because I live in California!!! I was recently was laid off so I’m not even driving my car everyday to commute to work. I was recommending this insurance company to family, friends, also neighbors but not anymore, thanks

Please provide any and all contact information to your vehicle’s prior owner. -We will need your recorded interview -We will need to complete a vehicle inspection for all allege repairs. I would get a few repair estimates from various trusted places. If the estimate is much more than your deductible, call the insurance company to get your vehicle repair; otherwise, it isn't worth dealing with the insurance company, in which case, you just have to eat the cost of repair yourself or live with the damage(s). Sorry for your damages ma'am.
I always call and ask for them to be mailed to me. In about 5 days I have the cards.
Only if you add it to your policy I'm sure.
Yes, less the deductible.
Yes but keep in mind the webside is on OSX friendly not to mention some issues but if i where you i just call them on monday or go to there main office they are supper friendly and fast
Just call the sales office once you're doing the paperwork. An agent can bind you coverage right over the phone and email it to you.
If you purchased physical damage coverage for your vehicle on your policy prior to this incident occurring, please contact Wawanesa Claims to report the claim and an adjuster will be in touch to discuss if and how it would be covered.

Should be able to email a copy

The last time I was there, there were only people who spoke English and Spanish. You might have to call and ask.

I was told yes my car would be covered with my husband driving who has a different policy/company because of his classic truck. But I would double check with them.
No. You have to get some kind coverage with them. You should call your insurance you may have rental car coverage even for travel not just on accidents

Roadside Assistance is a coverage available for purchase for a minimal premium.
If you have a full coverage insurance on other cars on the policy, yes you have 10 days coverage till you add it to the policy
Call them and ask. Quoted are free. I have been with them since 1974. Excellent company and always the best price.
You would have to pay your deductible if you have collision coverage to proceed with repairs.
No, not in the U.S. As a Canadian based company, they do in Canada.
I'm not sure. I just know they will not insure a older home with wall heaters.
Did you select it in your coverage? Wawanesa offers.
Yes, Wawanes does cover salvaged title vehicles. I have had a salvage titled vehicle through them in the past; it's does not cost more.
Call them , ask for claims . They take great care of us.
It is usually the primary and possibly the secondary names on the policy that get cards. Go to their office if you need a card with your name on it, they may be able to help you.
Or, you can set up/ enroll online bill payments thru your bank online access.
