I made an appointment to do my mom’s booster in this Walmart location the day before and there were different time slots to choose from so I chose the one that is convenient for my mom. As the time slot was confirmed it informed us that it will be done in the Pharmacy. The day of the booster shot for my mom, we went to the Pharmacy as we were directed via email. As we got there, I was looking for a signage that says Vaccine or some sort that will tell us we are in the right area. We waited for 5mins, 10mins then I began to worry. I looked at two doors by the pharmacy area. One says Health Services and the mother is for the staff. I looked for a signage but none. I notice that the light is off, I was not sure if the staff went to lunch. So minutes later, I saw one of the staff from the pharmacy area stepped out and asked her, If I am in the area to get the booster shot for my mom. The lady then told me I have to go to the garden shop where they giving it there. I took some deep breaths because at this time, it was already 12:15p and mom’s appt. is at 12nn. I told mom that we need to go to the Home Garden. I went to check in and told the Walmart staff that is behind the pixie glass that my mom has an appt. at 12nn. I have my mom’s name. She couldn’t find her name on the list. She asked me when did I made the appointment and told her yesterday. And she then said, “oh that is why”. I told the girl my concern about the disorganization of the whole situation. I asked for the manager of the store she told me he is off and I asked who is next in charge for me to talk to about my concern and issues. She told me to call the pharmacy and there should be a lead to talk to about it. I talked to a pharmacist who introduced herself as the lead supervisor, but that is overall useless too. She did not listen and heard my concerns because she went to talk about other Walmart locations. If she is truly listening, my concern is the location where she is working not other locations. The disorganization, communication of this location and the customer service is awful! I would not go back in this store because the level of their customer service in the pharmacy area is UNSAFE! Go with your own risk!

When I went to this drug store, I was greeted politely with big smiles on their faces! I am so satisfied with the experience I had at this drug store because they really helped me! Highly recommended!

The pharmacist was very accommodating and informative about all the medications, particularly that was good for my cough. I always liked the place and all their employees. They are currently following the correct protocols and instructions in their shop. They've had timely service. Nice and tidy!

Whenever I go to the pharmacy, I always try to look for Blanca! She is amazing and her customer service is always so awesome!!! The rest of the pharmacy is great as well and they always seem to be so professional ☺️
