Consistently can't get an order right. Missed an item 4 times of the last 5 I've been there. Truly awful service. This Wendy's is the new Del Taco off Irvine blvd. And as of today 9/12/2021, ordered drive through. Checked my bag and had to walk to get my fries that were clearly on the receipt. Ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Guess what?! No bacon LMFAO. This location is simply worthless. Hey managers! Go hang yourselves and I hope you get covid! Update/8/18/2022: Missing a burger as usual. Just wow. No words

4/24/2022 645 am. The lady that work that shift got my order wrong, and tried to argue with me. All i asked is for my order to be corrected, but she tried to argue and yelled at me. she snatched the breakfast out of my hand, and made me a new one. when she handed me my new sandwich she yelled and said next time she not changing my order. but she got it wrong in the first place. im highly upset

Bad day for this Wendy's. Drive thru took 12 minutes. Only 3 cars ahead of me. I learned that I don't care for the taste of the egg sausage biscuit. Usually love Wendy's, but everyone has a bad day every once in a while.

Saw enough commercials for the sausage & bacon breakfast biscuits that I just had to stop! I ordered 1 of each & Maria suggested a combo for 1 so that I can enjoy seasoned fries. That’s the first thing I ate and they were delicious. By the time I could eat my sausage biscuit; It was very fresh. I was going to save the 2nd one; but after grocery shopping I gave the bacon biscuit & Orange juice to a homeless man. He was thankful for the meal 😇
