I purchased my bike here a couple years ago and have been back a few times for accessories, maintenance, and advice. Each time I've been overwhelmed with the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy shown by everyone in the shop. Super friendly staff, I'm glad they're taking all measures necessary during this pandemic. For instance they're doing *appointment only* and they are NOT doing rentals. Easy to give them a call and set up an appointment, we were able to buy a couple bikes the other day! Glad they transitioned to more affordable bikes.

If you want to buy an eBike this is the place to go! Bob Bibee is extremely knowledgeable, commited to excellent customer service and has a wide variety of bikes to offer. He doesn't try to upsell you. He simply makes sure that the bike you get is going to be a perfect fit for you. I have rented bikes here for years and recently purchased a bike from Bob. I couldn't recommend his shop more highly. He and his family are wonderful !
