Embassy carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my rental property carpet that I didn't think could be saved. Over a decade of usage without proper professional cleaning left big dark grey sections on the beige carpet in all major traffic areas. I called Embassy Cleaning to give me an on site estimate. Steve, the owner, promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up on time with his son Josh. I really appreciate that they gave me an honest estimation and set my exception right; explaining what could or couldn't be cleaned, and the good news was that the carpet could be cleaned to a decent state. Right after other interior renovations were done I called Steve again and set up a next-day appointment. Father and son came as scheduled and I was shocked to see how clean the carpet looked two hours later. To sum it up, I was really glad that I found Embassy cleaning; their service, including communication and the actual job, is impeccable. It was just a pleasure to deal with honest and efficient contractors like Steve and Josh, and every time I see the clean carpet I'm thankful for their service.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning typically takes 1-3hrs to complete. Tile & grout cleaning is a lengthier process and can take between 1-5hrs depending on square footage. And yes, you can absolutely leave after you give us a walk-through of your home and go about your day. We only ask for payment upfront before you leave and directions on how to lock up your home or business.
Yes we do! If spots come back or you have any issues within 48 hrs we'll come back and fix any issues free of charge. Our guarantee does not cover permanent stains for obvious reasons and any permanent stains will be pointed out by our techs on site.
In short, no. Carpet: We recommend moving only the furniture you need to in order to clear the traffic areas. For heavy furniture; we recommend moving only necessary items (furniture you want cleaned underneath) off the carpet entirely prior to our arrival and left off for 24hrs. Tile: We recommend moving as many items out of the areas being cleaned as possible prior to our arrival and left off for 2hrs after completion. This will insure that as much square footage as possible is sealed properly and that the sealer is fully dry. Items such as dinning room tables and sofas can be moved a cleaned under by our techs. Upholstery: Most upholstery is cleaned in place with drop cloths surrounding your items to protect the floors underneath.
You can expect your carpet to feel dry to the touch within 4-8hrs. However, several factors such as weather, type of fabric, soil condition, and wear and tear can either increase or decrease this estimate. As an extra level of precaution we always tell our clients to plan on an overnight drying process.
