Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. They have a reasonable grace period. Though I can't recall exactly how long it is. It's a few days at least. There was a bit of a miscommunication when they didn't realize I had auto pay set up. They thought I hadn't paid and called me a few days after and we're very polite about it too.
