I love this store, we have filled our home with many beautiful pieces. During our visits we have taken notice that employee Michael goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Whether it be tracking down a specific item, to safely packing our items for transporting, he has a personal touch that make us feel like family. I somehow stumbled upon the Lamps Plus outlet in Redlands, and so glad I did! We spoke with Mike & I cannot say how grateful we were for him. We were having issues finding the perfect fixture for our low vaulted ceilings. He would pull different items down for us without complaint. He was extremely knowledgeable & didn’t mind working with us for almost an hour. I will definitely be back & hopefully be able to work with Mike again. Honestly, all the staff are great here. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
