I had been using their services for well over 10yrs and relied on them. Last year when my pool heater was not working i called Poolworx and a technician was sent out. He informed me and wrote on the receipt I needed a new gas meter and the heater was not getting enough to start up. That was false the heater worked fine for many years with same meter. This just shows me someone is not able to trust this company. I did find someone to temporarily fix the heater and it was fine for almost a year and was still working. The same technician came out last week to clean pool and filter. I told him about the part and this week he came to replace it. The HEATER WAS STILL WORKING PERFECTLY.. When he was done the HEATER WOULD NOT START UP and I was told Poolworx would not work on it anymore. I will never buy any products or services from them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

I recently purchased a spa from Redlands Pool and Spa, after checking several other sources. Everyone at Redlands was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They answered all my questions, didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing something I didn’t need or want. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from purchase to delivery and setup. The delivery men were also professional and on time. Once set up, employee Dan came to my home, went over all aspects of using my spa, including how and when to check and add chemicals, cleaning filter and spa. He offered to come back any time I had any questions. As I stated, an overall pleasant experience. I wish I would’ve done this sooner.

Absolutely change the water. Simple task to keep the nasties at bay. Don't short change the cleanup after draining. You'll get a lot of 'em there. Cheers! 🙂
