We got 2 flat tires from a pothole late at night. It nearly through our car out of control, so the next day we called Discount Tires. They were able to get us an appointment within one half hour. We bought 2 brand new tires, and the gentleman we talked to on the phone got us in right away. They the new tires on, rotated the tires and balanced them. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The store manager - Peter - great name btw - was super friendly and helpful. Juan and some other technicians took a thorough look at my tires and found nothing amiss, and then I wasn’t charged anything even though it was a solid hour of work. Would definitely bring my car there for a more serious tire issue knowing this level of customer service.

Amazing customer service!!! They have the best deals/ specials around, I swear! The store manager (Peter) is also such a great guy. I went in kind of late (4:30pm) and had to do so much work done on my car. I'm talking about changing all 4 tires, an alignment, and getting both my front and rear brakes fixed. I asked if they were able to do an oil change, but since there was so much going on already Peter told me to come back and the oil change would be on him. Amazing guys, truly; ranging from the technicians to the front desk. Thank you guys! I'm definitely making this my go to auto-shop!
