Simple touch exceeded my expectations. Cody was so informative and knowledgeable of their products, he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease while working with him. I ordered a 2 panel, Greenworld sliding glass patio door. The door came in fast and was set to install at the correct expected date. Cody always ensured I was informed on every detail which made everything SO MUCH easier. Their installers were very professional and handled my product with care. No good deed goes unpunished. I gave my business to this local shop and paid a little bit more than if I went to a big box store. That was my mistake! They are located 2-3 miles from my house and charged my $50 delivery fee. They also wouldn’t let me return the unopened boxes that I had left over after job was complete. I ordered baseboard that they never fulfilled. Long story short, coming here cost me close to $300+ than if I would have went to HD. Cody is a great salesman. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Too bad he works for a company that steps over dollars to pick up pennies.
