This girl name “ Stephanie “ she has highlightes I asked her nicely “ do you have any specials for the balloons “ she was so rude and say “ ma’am I’m busy doing something can you not see !?? “ I felt annoyed when she said that crazy how her boss just let their customers get treated like that hope the Owner sees my comment and speak up !!

Called beforehand to see if I needed an appointment to get 2 balloons filled; a 5 and 0 mylar balloons. The automated recording said no appointment necessary. Ok fine.. Go into the store..." Oh I'm sorry that's going to be 2 hours" hmmm for only 2 balloons? "Yes".... What if I buy your balloons? Will you fill them up right now? " No,2 hours" 😐 I left. So really? They couldn't take 2 minutes of their time to fill up 2 balloons? There was like 6 people behind the counter! ABSOLUTELY disatisfied with the customer service at this location!

I drove from Hemet to Redlands for a costume that my daughter really wanted. I did find it at this location. The young lady on the costume section was excellent in assisting me in what I was looking. My experience at this place was RUINED when it was time to checkout. I used my debit card to pay like I normally do, and it got declined. (To be in the clear my debit card was fine and with funds available). Now this is not what upsets me about the situation, but by the manner in which it was handled. The cashier simply said to me "your card got declined". So I said to her that I wanted to try again, so did. Card got declined again, by this time she proceeded to call the supervisor or manager not sure what he was. He too simply said your card is the declined and the machine has been working well all day. I would of greatly appreciated if they would of even attempted to help me by simply trying a different register to see if indeed it was my card or their machine, but they failed to do so. I did purchase the item anyway but on any other occasion I would of just left it. Very dissappointed on how this was handled. By the way I went to try my card at different location after leaving Party City and it WORKED without a hitch.
