Good work, but the turn around time needs improvement, 3 months plus. Had to call multiple times to stay on top of order.

The lady upfront is very rude and uptight, she seems like the type of person that thinks she is above the rest. She is constantly giving excuses about how her staff is new and how they are in the process of training. The work they do is very subpar, it seemed like all they cared about was getting my money and they couldn't care less about the quality of their product. I do not recommend going here for business because from what the old lady upfront doesn't know what quality is AT ALL.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I brought in 8 Polo work shirts to get a 5 letter logo put on. The person at the counter was dismissive and really was not concerned with the font ot style that I wanted. I offered a digitized file from another shop but they dismissed me and said they would handle it. A week later when they said it would be done . I left work early to get there before they closed. And I find out they they have not even started my order. I pick up the shirts the next day, and the logo was totally wrong. After 20 min of proving to them beyond a shadow of a doubt that they made the mistake by sending me the wrong proof. They reluctantly admitted their error. They said they would try to fix it but was not sure if they could. 5 days later I called them because they did not call me and they acted all surprised and said that they are starting it and will let me know the next day. I pick up the shirts and the logo was better . But they said that it will never match because that's how files work. ( in a very snooty way ). The quality was poor. The stitching was not even and I could see the color of the shirt coming through the logo and the thread was loose. I left them another world shirt for a comparison and that did not seem to help. In short. The total lack of good customer service, poor communication, snooty attitude, and low quality is why I gave them a bad review.
