I use this car wash all the time but the last couple times I went threw the drive threw wash it stop working half way threw and didn't finish the wash. I bought the 10 dollar one. I was supposed to get wax and all that stuff and all I got was a rinse and soap and didn't even finish rinsing all the soap off and then the dryer starts and tells you to pull forward. I can't find a phone number any where to call. I have wasted 20 bucks on washes that didn't even do the whole wash so I have to spend more money and wash it on the self serve wash. Tired of wasting my money

I would go to another location than this establishment. I've been living in Lake Elsinore for eight years. I've possibly have only wash my car there less than 10 times. Today I had an issue. I lost anywhere between 3-5 minutes between difference car wash settings and having to go out to the attendance. It took the attendant a couple of tries to try to get it to work. But did nothing to address the following issues.I know they have security cameras. Turns out and is funny being an employee and not know the owner's information. I do not recall seeing a drop box or a box of any smart to leave a complaint or asking for a refund or what not. This would be the second time I'm have had issues. First time with two attendants not knowing the owners information, they said It's my number don't knows if they did or not.

From my experience the area is cats nice and clean and the washing utensils are properly cared for and stored which is very important. If you ever pull up and see anything laying on the ground do not use it to wash your car it picks up fibers and other abrasive microscopic bits of stuff and can really do a number on your paint job. I also recommend always power washing the washing brush itself before using it even if it is not on the ground and being stored properly. Also this location takes credit cards which is very nice not having to Huf around 10 pounds in quarters in your pockets is very nice. the vacuums are newly installed and have great suction and they have plenty of bays for everybody including a large vehicle Bay that has stairs on the sides and what I think is an auto wash drive-through one on this far end of the car wash bays. I really wish that you could pay a flat fee like 7 Bucks and utilize the washing devices 4 as long as you needed within reason of course because if you're not careful this place can cost much more than having someone come out and detail your car for you. Happy trails! Oh and one more Pro tip, bring some towels and rags, you're not allowed to use them to wash them inside the bay but you sure as heck can use them to dry your car instead of having to pay a dollar for a rag to dry your windows and chrome parts of your vehicle
