Today we had a bit of a frustrating situation, but Rene, Leigh, Harold were all a delight to work with. Harold was super knowledgeable about the kitchen appliances and helped us pick out a few new items. His shift ended and he let us know so we weren't wandering around confused. Then Rene picked up where he left off, and she rocked as well. We had a reasonably large/complex order and she helped us work out all the details. Then we had to do some trouble shooting and Leigh came to the rescue. Ultimately our issue couldn't be solved, but despite the frustration my loose cannon of a boyfriend was able to stay calm due to their awesome support. We were able to save the transaction so when we fix our issue, we can quickly square everything away. They all deserve a customer service medal!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:( we came in and were not greeted, while we were looking around a very rude associate asked us if we were looking for anything and we told him what we were looking for. He said they didn’t carry those items in a snarky way, but a few seconds after we walked straight and what we were looking for was right in front of us, and the man had lied:( I did not catch his name. This was my first time in a crate and barrel and probably my last.

My family and I were never greeted in the store. The staff seemed irritated that we were there shopping. I had a question about a piece of furniture that I didn’t see in store and also fabric swatches to verify the color in person vs online. I approached the counter and waited my turn, a lady in front of me also had questions. As I wait, I notice the associate was very short, very cold and wouldn’t even try to give helpful information for her. When it was my turn I try to lighten the mood and give Rommell a chance to change his attitude. Unfortunately, he did not. He had no reason to be just as rude to me as he was to the lady previously in front of me. Same attitude, cold, unhelpful and unwilling to try to give ANY insight on the questions I had. However, when time came to check out, I went to another checkout desk and was helped my Mark, who made small talk, and was very warm and accommodating. Unfortunately due to Rommell’s disposition I will not shop in store. Unfortunately for your company, he won’t care that customers won’t shop in store and will be happy to not have to do his job. As you go through reviews, you will see this is not an isolated incidents. Perhaps a regional director/manager needs to go in and clean house and require classes on HELPFUL customer care. This is unacceptable for a retail store.

This store is quite the feast for the eyes! Amazing selections of home goods, kitchenware and furniture. Although the prices here are expensive, you pay for quality. Prepare to spend a couple of hours here because at every nook and cranny is always something amazing to find! The kitchenware section is where the most awesome products you’ll find!
