I'm don't know but I would be careful if I were you, that could be a risk on your motor functions and it would be difficult to juggle this and a newborn at the same time. I have some pointers to mention, hope this helps. Breastfeeding and plasma both have necessary nutrients and proteins your child and yourself need to function properly. You cannot be malnourished or be dehydrated in any way when you donate. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't donate though. Please do not hesitate to ask about your concerns, they want your experience to be easy as possible. As long as you have a good Meal at least 30 minutes before the 2 hours after you eat, you should be ok. A cool rinse in the shower would do you good especially in hot days like this month. I don't think so because you have to be able to get up on to the chairs with no problem. A person I know just got turned down for that reason he couldn't get up on the examination bed for the physical so he didn't qualify. But your always welcome to try every situation is different.

they will check you out on site. your better being over weight than skinny. i donate often and eat fast food all the time. and ice cream. the only possible issue might be if you have LIPIC PLASMA meaning (high fat level) which makes it difficult for the machine to seperate the plasma from the blood.

My guess would be not. I don’t think the government would no about your donation money unless you reported it. Perhaps you would have to tell them if your total income (including your donation money) for the year was over the threshold where you have to pay money back to them. But even then I don’t think he would have to report it as I’m not sure how they would find out you were a donor as I think that fall under HIPAA protection.
