I don't think so because you have to be able to get up on to the chairs with no problem. A person I know just got turned down for that reason he couldn't get up on the examination bed for the physical so he didn't qualify. But your always welcome to try every situation is different.
As far as I know yes. However you need to be healthy and hydrated
