Pretty nice place but it feels like it has more potential... We went on Sunday afternoon at 1 PM, when it first opened. Their sweet wines are great but you can find them for much cheaper at Walmart and some grocery stores. I am not sure why the winery charges more. You would think it would be the opposite. Tastings were $8 for sweet or dry and $5 for Christmas wines. If you want to keep the glass, it is an additional $3. They should have presented some snack options to cleanse the palate between tastes since they all seem to blend together after a few sips. They had a sleeve or Ritz crackers for sale for $2 but then had a sign at the bar that said no food was allowed. The building and grounds are beautiful but in the middle of nowhere. We asked for restaurant recommendations since the best reviewed was closed on Sunday. Nothing really came to mind so we ended up at McDonald's on the way home... Some type of cafe and a tour of the facilities would be much welcomed additions. The wine itself is very good though. On par with the other locals.

Such a beautiful property! Jimmy was so fun and informative- he made our trip from Apex worth the while! And the wines are quite lovely too!

We had the best time and bought 12 bottles! They make 52 different kinds and change the menu often according to Jimmy, who worked with us. He was so kind and attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Great winery with a large selection of both dry and sweet wines. The tastings are very generous and out host, Jimmy, was very knowledgeable about each wine, their tastes, and what they would pair with. Only about 30min from Durham, highly recommend.

You can purchase Bushy Fork Red, Cork and Pork, Red Mountain Red, and Rocksboro Red at most Food Lion stores, some Harris Teeters, some Lowes Food and some Wal-Marts.
Wine should be gluten free. Call to verify.
Not me. You may want to email them directly.
We offer wine tastings daily. We divide our tastings into 2 categories. You can choose Sweet wines or Dry Wines. It is $8 for the tasting. You taste everything on the list, approximately 10-11 different wines. You do not get the glass with your tastings
