Lobster rolls are not lobster rolls, it’s a lobster salad on a non-toasted/non-buttered bread (soggy bun). Calamari, chicken strips, and fries were all frozen. Market price was almost $27 for a lobster salad. Go to polar treat instead, it’s twice as good and almost half the price! Server took all the money we gave to pay and never asked if we wanted change. By then we just wanted to get out of there. Reply to Owner : Maybe that’s you how normally serve it but that’s not what I received. The Hot dog bun was not grilled nor buttered, it was soft and cold. The lobster roll was 90% mayonnaise and chunks of celery. If I wanted celery in my lobster roll, I would stick it in my stuffing at thanksgiving dinner. I would rather eat in a corn field in the middle of Indiana to have my food prepared correctly than experience your water front diner and attempt to choke it down. Ps. To all travelers save yourself the headache and go to Polar treat for lobster rolls prepared correctly and reasonably priced !!!

I never write derogatory reviews, Waco is a first for me. The waitress began by telling us a long list of menu items they did not have. Nearly everything we asked for was unavailable. There were no healthy choices like baked fish instead all the fish was fried. I ordered quesadillas which were way too salty, and they had no salsa. The waitress said they had no salsa on hand! The coffee tasted like water. Our bill was over $100 and we felt gypped.

Worst service ever and we didn't even eat! We arrived at 1:45 and asked what time they closed. We were told that the kitchen closed at 2. We politely told them we didn't want to impose as they were about to close. The hostess insisted they wanted to feed us and happily seated us at a table. When the waitress arrived at our table she was very rude and told us the kitchen closed at 2. I told her we were told that, but the hostess insisted that we come in anyway. The waitress had her hands on her hips and a sour look on her face from the moment she walked up. She was so put out that she couldn't even remember pur drink order. We got up and walked out as another waitress begged us to sit back down. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the servers learn to correct their attitudes. We will not return!

My girlfriend and I went with my mother, she originally wanted scallops but they had bone so settled for haddock and fries, i had chicken finger and fries and my girlfriend had a burger and fries. The burger , chicken fingers and haddock were really good! But the fries on all of our plates we raw! They came out the same color as when u take them out of a bag. I recommend if you go here not to get fries as almost all of ours were not cooked!
