Made an appointment online, when my fiance showed up they said they couldn't take the car in EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED DAYS PRIOR, they called the other Monro location on Park Ave and was told they would take my appointment for my car today once my fiance arrived he was told that everyone was leaving for the day and they couldn't help us. WASTED MY TIME, GAS AND MONEY. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Maybe a call ahead of time the next time you can't actually fulfill a previously scheduled appointment rather than sending me on a wild goose chase ?

Having the best in the business does alot for your business! The staff and management at this location are top notch! Highly recommended for all your service needs! Update 7-28-22- As repeated customer still amazing service! They go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of! Bravo!

Brought two wheels/tires here at the direction of Michelin after they devolved tears shortly after purchase. They determined they were defects, and said Michelin would cover replacement. Two months went by, and they continued to say they’re waiting on paperwork. Finally, when I began calling them repeatedly, they said they got the paperwork, but couldn’t locate the tires, which I could find in stock at all the major online retailers…absolutely terrible customer service, wouldn’t return my calls, and I’m now dealing with the corporate office. Bring your business elsewhere. Update: Things only got worse. They told me they found the tires, and would have them in two days. Four days pass before I call to check on them, at which time they say they’re good to go (why hadn’t they called me?). I go there, pick them up, bring them home, and notice they’re the wrong tires. Tesla has specific pilot sport 4S that have accounting foam for noise. Those tires are marked “TO”. The tires they put in were marked “NO”….Porsche specific. I called them, and they tell me that’s what Michelin sent them, and I need to call Michelin. I decide instead to call the corporate office, again. The corporate office speaks with the shop, and relays that the tires Michelin sent me were correct because Michelin no longer makes “TO” tires. I know this is a lie, so I call Michelin, and sure enough, they very much still do make “TO” tires, they’re just back ordered. So the corporate office says there’s nothing they can do except offer to take the tires off and leave me with my wheels to take somewhere else. The level of incompetence from this company, at both the local shop, and their corporate office, is incredible. Bring your business anywhere else.

Guys on Belmont are awesome!! Had an almost flat tire at the end of the day (place was packed!) They fit my daughter and I in - Probably wouldn't have been able to get to work tomorrow without them. Super polite and honest - they could have told me I needed more than I did!! Definitely going to return!
