Sign states 15.99 for oil change. It doesn't state an extra 9.99 for labor. How can you charge 24.99. If sign states 15.99. sign does not state extra for labor.....

Sign says see manager for details. It's not labor. Its taxes and fees that are the difference.

There is never NOT a labor change when it comes to car maintenence. That is something you should ALWAYS expect. There is typically a sign that gives the labor charge breakdown in the office or front counter at any mechanic.

Contact DMV and better business bureau, take picture of sign stating 15.99 for oil and filter, for proof to back up your statement
