Visited Rubi's last week, very clean and nice staff. Prices were reasonable. Typical Mexican ice cream I can find anywhere, they get 2 stars for the ice cream and 3 stars because they were nice and the place was very clean. I won't return because I don't like Mexican ice cream, going to DQ or Rite Aid. Just my preference.

LOL it’s just homemade ice cream. Some Mexican flavors. Some Mexican specialties like mangoneada. But you can find all your normal flavors and some here. Excellent ice cream.
