I get this card from post office to fill a bag help to feed. Put your order tens in bag, sit it next to mailbox for pickup on second Saturday of May. Well I put a bag filled with food out by mailbox at 6:00am today Saturday May 14, I received mail today no one picked up bag. Why would the post office do this. I’m not well and carrying bag to mailbox was difficult. Needless to say I had to carry bag back into house. I will never do this again, very disappointed Yucaipa resident.

This postal service location, as like most of them or all of them , can care less about the mail being delivered to tax paying customers. There screening of new employees for hire shows there lack of responsiveness to the job.

Today I tried to complete a change of address on the website. I got all the way to the end however when I did my last entry before giving my Visa card -the first time I got a "loading" message. This went on for several minutes. Then the page froze. I could not go forward nor backward to see if something was wrong. After several more minutes I closed the page. I tried again on the website to complete the Form for change of address. I was not able to finish the first page when loading message came on again, and the page froze again. Tried this two more times but no luck. Tried Yucaipa local number 3 times, no answer. Called the 800 number went through a string of questions resulting that they could not do change of address, and suggested I use the website. When I asked to speak to an agent was told thank you and to stay on the line for questions regarding service. In the meantime I received two emails from the post office telling me my request wasn't submitted, to submit it. It also said I can't reply to the email. What a joke. What a way to waste my time.

Yes you can and yes you will. You will also need an appointment. You can try to call but you'll be lucky if they answer the phone. You'll probably have to go in to make an appointment.

Yes. This has happened to me several times. The postal carrier wouldn't even give me my mail face to face next to the mailbox when it was blocked by a car. Unless the zone is marked no parking or loading zone there is no lawful reason I could find for a mail carrier to refuse delivery to an accessible mailbox. I made several complaints about this issue to the postmaster both verbal and written. These complaints seemed to have no effect so I got the contact information to the USPS head office and filed complaints against the carrier and postmaster. Less than a week later I had a new carrier and never had this same problem again.
They may be checking the contents of your package. You know seems like these days everyone is suspect.
