Positive: We needed a handicap accessible room (service dog also) very late at night. This hotel was WONDERFUL! We were given a first floor room beside the entry door! The room was large, bathroom perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. Negative: There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Staff, Breakfast, Building - EVERYTHING was great!

Support our team and was very accommodating to all the needs. Even though covid had shut down a lot they allowed us to use the front desk to meet with the team. Clean and nice rooms. Beds were a little worn (soft) but very clean. Great location and great staff have another stay booked for next month!!

Overall our experience was phenomenal. Friendly front desk, comfortable bed, spacious room. The TV could use updating, you had to knock the remote a few times for it to work. HBO was included but not on demand - not a smart TV. Stayed in the jacuzzi room for Valentine’s day. Was a little surprised the most expensive room was on the first floor, but it makes sense overall due to water flow. Bummer that the pool and hot tub weren’t open, but that is clearly stated on the website so I’m not quite sure why people are putting it in their negative reviews. I think a couple of updates to the pool and TV would make it a 5-star hotel, but for the current price and package I highly recommend staying here.

Not crazy about the check in. Did not feel like the person was very friendly and welcoming. When I checked out the room, I noticed how low the showerhead was placed. A person who is six feet tall would have a problem with the shower. The bed and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was delicious.
