Feels like a safe location especially for women traveling solo. Love that it shares a parking lot with Cracker barrel. Clean comfortable rooms. Only two, very minor complaints. The exercise room needs an upgrade and there is no free breakfast. They do have a restaurant that serves breakfast for a fee though.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Jaimie, Karen and the young man at check in (sorry can't remember his name) were great. And the coffe is much better than many hotels I've stayed in. (Thanks Jaimie) but no breakfast. Bummer

Disgusting and dissatisfied. We have always stayed with this chain. But this was the lowest quality I have ever seen for an outrageous price. Prices were hiked and rooms were nasty. I took many pictures and will be posting on Google reviews as well. Staff needs management and proper cleaning techniques. Also needs proper signage for when things are out of order. This is the type of hotel you would see on tv that needs a full overhaul of staff and rooms. Next time I will make bigger fuse as the covid excuse is over rated. Thank goodess for the front desk staff. Atleast they were kind. It's not their responsibility it higher management that needs redirecting their staff.

Stayed here one night while in town for work. Convenient location. Check in and out was fast with no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice if the bottles of shampoo and soap were filled. Also no continental breakfast. I would stay here again.
