These people are very difficult to work with as a driver. Every load that I do for them has an issue. They force drivers to download their tracking app. But then, they will call and text nonstop. Why make drivers download a tracking app when you're going to call and text constantly anyway? Whenever a driver has to call them, they don't pick up the phone. I only pull for these guys with nobody else has freight.

Prices are twice that of other carriers, and constantly call our company over the last 4 years after repeatedly being asked to be removed from the call list. If i could leave a 0 of 5 star review, I would.

We have sales "brokers" who broker loads to get from point A to point B. And sales support departments that do everything but sales to make the loads run smoothly and make sure everything that needs done is done such as customer service for customers and carriers, accounting, billing, etc.
You can call the company and asked to be taken off the list. And TQL is a fantastic company. There is a reason this company is rated one of the top 100 places to work. It's not for everyone, just like any job. However, it's been the best job I've ever had.
