I had an ongoing problem with my Pioneer Bay Boat. After several attempts at other marine service centers, I took it to Overby's. Steve at Overby's kept me informed about what the mechanics were looking at and what the problems might be. Turned out to be the low-pressure fuel pump. Steve, the service department and parts department were all very helpful. Problem solved.

If i could give negative stars i would..Don't be fooled by these 4 star reviews who are from the employees or their families. This is the WORST place to take a boat for repairs.. They by far take the cake for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in NC. The owner has no RESPECT for customers or their time expectations on repairs.He has a tasteless Attitude and they are very QUICK to get OFFENSIVE or get LOUD in front of other customers. If they give u a 4-6 week out window expect more like 8-10 they won't EVER call you to give u updates of any important findings and if you do get the repairs done expect the job to NOT be fixed to Manufacture Specs and will have to take to other mechanic to fix the issues. Unless you have timeeee to spend and like to ARGUE with OWNERS and OVERPAY and have FUTURE ISSUES I suggest to stay away from this place...I will never ever again step foot there again,even if they where giving away money, there will always be a catch with them.

I bought a trailer for a used boat I purchased from an individual. The salesman determined what size trailer I needed for the model boat I chose. Then he drove me around the yard looking for a used trailer to save me money. None were appropriate so he specked out a new one. The price was reasonable. It’s a real nice aluminum one. Best of all, they drove the trailer to where the boat was and fitted it to the boat at no extra charge. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. They’ve been in business a long time and know what they’re talking about and what they’re doing! Being a boat owner over 20 years, I can tell if someone knows their stuff.
