Ordered a large fry and a combo. Got to the window and they gave me a combo with a large fry. Not what I ordered or paid for. Asked the manager to refund me and ring the order up correct she said it’s ok just pull down we not going back and forth about a large fry. Fix my order right. Hello. Charge me right hello?

The employees were very nice and respectful. The only problem I had was that I had to wait for a long time for my food. They jad me pull up cause I had to wait and yet everyone behind me got there's right away.

No refund policy? How does a McDonald’s, never mind a fast food restaurant not give out refunds? That’s not a policy, that’s thievery. A free meal voucher isn’t acceptable as replacement for refunds. Do better.

Worst location! It seems like the workers just don’t care and seriously don’t know how to make fries. Every single time our fries almost never have salt, cold, soggy or super hard. If you order the chicken nuggets they don’t cook them long enough so the middle breading is always soggy. If you want good McDonald’s definitely don’t waste your time choosing this location.
