Second time back...they made me feel so insignificant because I wasn't purchasing a $30-80,000 vehicle. I wanted to stay under $20,000 . This is my second bad experience here...will Never Recommend or go back here. ( They made it a point to write down my absolute needs and my absolute nots ... I told them I need an all-wheel drive vehicle, the first car they brought out to me was front-wheel drive) made my car shopping experience feel like someone stuck a needle in my balloon. I was excited to buy a "new" (to me) vehicle, instead they left me feeling deflated. Shouldn't treat your customers that way I don't care what their budget is.

Great dealership. David was extremely helpful to me and my purchase! This dealership really looks out for their buyers, it was my first time buying a car and they were helpful WITHOUT Taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Would recommend them to anyone!

I made a apt for Ford when I came in said I didn't have one then once they did my car they told me I'd know something by the end of the day didn't so I called the next morning and was told it would be the afternoon before they knew what was wrong. I decided to pick my car they lost it

What can I say who doesn't live a Ford dealership. Ford has been in our family for four generations I wouldn't own anything else. Between the repair center and the parts department I have nothing but good things to say my experience was excellent people were friendly and eager to explain to me how I may be able to repair and do a DIY on my own truck. I understood that times were hard for everybody and even though that I may not have been able to afford the repair department to have my truck service through them they were still eager and available to help me understand what I need to do to complete a small project by myself.

Trying is only honestly half the battle you must do Mary, you must do.. Please give them another call back with your full name and vehicle information .
I beleive it can not be added by the dealer. If you use a cable connected from your phone with sync 3 systems you can. Use android auto or siri and use google maps with traffic information and it will be on screen if you have the larger screen. And its picky about cable same as some aftermarket. I have used this in my fusion with everything but gps. There is some online retailers that sell factory radios as an exchange kinda thing. May require additional hardware to get it to function. Not sure if anyone in the f150 forum has done that swap. Most just upgrade with an aftermarket system that let's you use existing controls. You then have the aftermarket assistants. All work fine but check the reviews. Or contact a local stereo shop like Sundown one. Nick
