Been a couple times, they are always slow, this time I went inside and the staff were all arguing with each other. One saying that they hadn't gotten a break all day and the manager was arguing with them. The staff member walked out and the rest of the staff were saying things like "They were just afraid of work" until they noticed I was standing there and hushed up. My order took 15 minutes to be ready after I ordered it and In that time I saw one person cooking food and one on the drive through as the manager stood either staring at the order screen or her phone. They then didn't give me my full order as some of my combo was missing which I didn't notice until I got home and put the wrong sauce on the wings I ordered. I have yet to have a good experience at this Zaxby's and advise staying far away

Today picked up a delivery for someone and I went inside stood there a good 7 mins no one even greater me let alone the family in front of me and the lady I front of them so I walked out went to drive through told them who I was they had not even started the order took another good 12-15 mins to get the order this is very sorry for a fastfood or any restaurant y'all need to employee some people this was at 11:30 today

This Zaxby’s is really so bad. It’s unfortunate it’s the only one nearby! We have randomly had good experiences but 9 times out of 10…it’s bad. Really long waits in the line. Like sitting at the speaker for over 5 minutes with no one saying anything besides “hold on” when I first pulled up. We also see employees just out by their car, which maybe they’re on break, but it seems to not make sense when the line is taking 30 min for 4 cars to go through. Rude employees who seem annoyed to even be there, don’t want to answer any questions, and can’t find it in them to be courteous. Often the order is wrong. More than once they are “out of wings” and one time I pulled up and they said they were out of chicken! Also more than once they’ve said they’re closed when we pull up and they’re supposed to be open for 30 more minutes. It always makes me wonder if the owner of this one knows how bad it is! Management needs to be replaced or find better employees.

Local business designate their operating times by actual business and competition hours so 11 is probably their best business choice.
