Very bad customer service one banker to help people

It’s amazing how for a lost card you have to make a appointment and when you need help they say call customer service the manager was walking around and we call her for help and before we finished the sentence she said she can do nothing and that we have to call customer service . Also how are the employees going to work when there manger is just walking around with a tablet not helping the customer for me this bank is not worth not even the one star.

It is amazing that the Inglewood Bank of America has the longest line, and only has 3 tellers open. They really have to do better. I am writing this while standing in the bank line.😡😡

Poor customer service, unable to speak to a live person for a simple question when calling it just rings and no one answers. Lines are ridiculously long and when you get to the teller they are in the worst mood and only 3 tellers available, they all should be open during the rush.
