I should of been wrote this review because Freddy the store manager really sets the tone of the store he is really friendly and assures that you get what you need and researches other inventories and delivers exceptional customer service . Freddy even changed my air filter in my car and I was grateful for that he didn’t have to do that he has a heart of gold I’ve been to other Auto zone stores and the employees just don’t seem to care lol but Freddy and his staff are amazing at what they do keep him and elevate him and appreciate his hard work and team thanks Freddy for being great at what you do 💯

Freddy R. was so helpful ! I purchased a brand new battery from another auto zone location and they said they were too busy to install it . I came to the 5th and Manchester location and explained my situation … not only did he install my car battery but he also changed my break light in less than 20 mins !!!! I am definitely a happy customer!! 5 stars all the way !!

Cool spot to grab and go. Employees very knowledgeable. Only downside is that they don't always have everything in stock.
