Have only been here a couple times even being right down the road from my house. I walked in today and was not greeted by anybody, no big deal. I start looking around and look at the hunting supplies, and firearms. Upon reaching that section I noticed some prices to be way over priced. When it states on the door "low pricing". Then I reach the firearms counter and am looking at several firearms. I could not see the tag to tell which was which manufacturer or caliber. I stood there for about 15 minutes and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I felt like an inconvenience, like there was something the employees would rather be doing. NOT ONCE DID I GET HELP. Will never come back. Vance Outdoors is ten times better.

I have been to the store several times and always felt like an inconvenience, like there was something the employees would rather be doing. The reason for the one star rating as well it’s because we recently purchased a kayak as “new“ oil to find out that it has definitely been used. There are scratch marks all over the hull. The seat is dirty and there was debris inside the boat. When you are spending close to $1000 on a kayak you expect it to not be beat up. The reason that we were not able to spot all of this before we purchased it is because the store is so small we were not able to get a good look at it. We had to drive to Zanesville to pick up an additional kayak of the same kind. Seeing the new kayak is what made us realize that the one we had purchased and he was used. It was in pristine condition with no marks, missing paint, and had all of the proper documentation that the other did not.
