I have lived here since 2012. A couple of years ago the property management company changed and I'm less happy than before. However, it is a decent place to live and relatively peaceful.

I have lived in Hampton Village for over 3yrs. Before the new management that they have now, things were going very well. Today I was told by Casey that I am responsible for a clogged toilet because I use the bathroom and was unsuccessful at unclogging the toilet myself. The fee for maintenance to come was $70.00. If planning to move here be very mindful of what you are responsible for.

I would like to say that Gigi & Casey are awesome. I worked with Gigi with my application process and she was really easy to work with. Best experience by far!!! Great job Ladies! You have to give credit when credit is due.

I was really exciting moving into Hampton Village. But living here is a different story, the trash compactor is broken every other week but we still have to pay a trash fee. The apartments are really poorly built and insulated, I discovered mold on my windows about a month ago. Bugs can crawl under our door. But the kicker is instead of fixing these things which could be life threatening. They are more worried about installing FIBER OPTIC cable. Just very disappointed.... truly.
