Who do I contact to find out if and when our street is going to be repaved? All the other side streets in my area have bee repaved within the past year or so.

No this is The Division of Highways. You must go to the Division of License and Theft for your drivers license.
Can you get tags here? And if so what kind of info do I need for a 10 day to 30 day temp tag?

No you can't. This is the Division of Highways you must go to The Department of Motor Vehicles to renew auto tags.
