My son had his birthday here and had SO MUCH FUN! I also had such a great time because Jumpin Jamboree did EVERYTHING from setup to cleanup the customer service was 5 stars!!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars on the review is because I did not like the approach a certain staff member had he had a “fresh haircut” I don’t know his name, anyways, the staff member seemed miserable and like he didn’t want to be there. He would give attitude to my guests that didn’t wear socks and attitude to the children that would throw balls outside of the ball pit. I get that there are rules to maintain cleanliness of the facility but the approach of your staff needs to be softer and kinder when telling someone to wear socks. After all we are just trying to have a relaxing and fun time with our kids. TIFFANY MY PARTY HOST WAS AMAZING & your staff can learn a thing or two from her hard work and great attitude. Will be coming back because of her! Side note: I also agree with other reviewers, the tip should be included in the party package so parents can budget correctly.

This place was the best of the best!! The staff is awesome and so aware of everything. They make sure your stay is a pleasant one. My toddler got away from me far too quickly and spilled someone’s cup of water on their table and the floor. Your staff immediately took care of it and cleaned it up right away! 10 stars for above and beyond service! They also supervise all jumó houses and play areas really well. Super happy with Jumpin Jumboree and their service!! Recommending to everyone I know.

Nice and fun place, the staff attentive and very helpful, something that would make it even better is that the activity in the private premises will last more than 2 hours and there will be a pet that will encourage the children for a while to give more excitement to the party, otherwise it is a nice place to have a good time

Hi, everyone there is bilingual, but being located in Doral, the main language spoken by visitors is Spanish. When I went, i didnt have any issues!!!
I agree; absolutely unprofessional. I like the facilities; that's why i rated it 5 stars, but the food is a bit expensive and not so great tasting.
