What really excell is the service in this store. Yes, they will try, hard, to sell you their goodies, but, you don't go there to simply look if you are a man... So, be prepared to entertain your wallet and someone else's heart... with gracious smiles!

The fact that i couldn't see the rings and they made me look at a book was ridiculous. The girl that attended me was very nice and i bought 2 rings but next time I might as well do it online if they don't have rings available at the store to see only a few. Or the girl was being lazy and didn't feel like taking them out

I did had a bad experience in this store🤯 , with an item that was taking from my brasalet and never founded. It seems Like the item has 2 legs to walk away.( just been sarcastic) However spoke to the 2 of the store managers , one was a lady , she make me feel like I was lying and she say that maybe I lost it somewhere else. And that she stand by the person I think took it. 🤔, What a customer service!!!! The other manager was very neutral and very professional, on the video by the way with very bad quality, no audio I can't hardly see it clearly I show them that I came in with my charm. I deleted my first review as i promise to the nice men manager , that is why I do not want to mentioned there names. However everything end up with me asking them to prove me that I walk out there store with my charm on my brasalet. Now is just a waiting situation for them to get a better view of the video. So far they haven't find my charm. I am excited, tired of all this situation. I do have to say that corporate was very nice and the male manager as well , the regional female manager 🙄 Not pleasant at all. I will not stop buying pandoras pieces but I will never, never in my life will purchase from that store never again...... I can feel a bad vibe and negativity in the air as soon you walk in.
