After contacting AAA we were advised that we could have a choice of two contractors to perform water damage repairs in our downstairs bedroom. Of the two, we requested Servpro to do the work. This decision was due to a past water damage issue we had in our kitchen area and had Servpro of Redlands assess what was necessary to repair and replace piping, drywall and wood cabinet. They did an outstanding job for us - very clean and professional. This was an easy decision to request Servpro once again to do latest repairs and packing and unpacking of our furniture and miscellaneous items. Great job and would recommend them to our family and friends!

They came out to work on mold remediation. While drying out the wall their machines damaged my floor. After attempting to get issue addressed more than 10 times. I never received an answer. The office manager, Claudia was extremely rude and unprofessional. After almost a year of trying to get the damage even looked at by Servpro I have gotten no response. I have left messages, spoken to several people in the office and no solution. They refuse to take responsibility. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BRANCH. I have worked with other Serv pro business but this branch is careless and have NO customer service capabilities.

SERVPRO's techs were very professional with containment, testing and clean up for our property. Very knowledgeable and polite with all the questions/concerns we had with the mold situation. Will definitely use the services again and will refer to friends in the property management field.
