I worked for Logiflex for a year. They're a good company as far as pay and equipment. But using load brokers they accept high rate loads which are terrible for the driver. They refused to pay detention for a 10 hour wait to load and 6 hour unload due to pressure from a Chicago load broker. I bailed

I was a lease purchase driver. My truck broke down twice before my first payment on the truck was even made. Also they kept sending me into snow and ice storms where I got stuck for days. I tried to talk to them about it but was brushed off.. By the time my check come around I only made enough for the truck note and after fuel/toll expenses, I only took home $200 or maybe a bit more! My dispatcher was the worst!!!! Remember drivers we don't stay away from home to pay a truck note!!! I'll never recommend this company ever!!

Technically w2, but no state taxes are withheld as they are Texas based for tax purposes. Texas doesn't have a state employment tax. If you don't live in Texas, you will still be responsible for your state's tax.
Depends how much you want to drive. Most of our drivers do 3000 miles on average per week.
If the driver does not feel safe driving through a weather that requires chains, we would like the driver to pull over and wait. All trucks have chains.

This is the best move for me & and my family, if you like miles they have them for you, the pay is top notch, no cameras in there trucks @ this moment I don't know what the future holds but not right now.

All our training videos can be taken at home before the drivers come to the office. We do orientation via zoom or in the office. Once the driver is done with Orientation, we do a road test and the driver is sent on his/her first load.
We have per diem option. We offer health insurance for the drivers and their families. We cover 25% of the monthly premium. Cost depends on each person. Since that is a personal information, we can't disclose it publicly online.
