The cake that we ordered was cute but texture and flavor was disappointing. We ordered the cake with fresh strawberries and we called back to change to strawberry filling. However, when we cut the cake, it was not changed and not enough strawberries and cake was a bit dry.

My recent purchase of a wedding cake was highly disappointing. I contacted the shop via email and phone and explained the issues. Wrong color and fingerprints and damage in the cake (see pics) Although the cake itself was a beautiful cake it was suppose to be dusty blue per picture we gave them. When I called the shop and sent them these photos, they said the staff at the venue probably touched the cake. As far as the color they said they matched it the best they could off of a photo, that I should have given them a color swatch. (which was never said during our ordering time) You can see the blue sash next to the cake, color it was suppose to be. also you can see the sugar flowers with the right colors. The final picture is the color it was suppose to be. Highly disappointed in the customer service to blame the venue for the damage to the cake. For the amount we paid, the color at least should have been correct!!

I was really excited when I learned that Sugarbee had a new location. We stopped in on a Saturday morning in December only to be really disappointed. Unlike the beautiful photos on Instagram and Google there was nothing in the display case. The employee was rude when we asked if they were selling cupcakes and did not know what they had. It took a while to clear up that they didn't have any vanilla cupcakes and it took a substantial amount of time for them to prepare one strawberry and one lemon cupcake. After all that we ended up being disappointed in the quality of the cupcakes as well.
