Started my rental by being told the optional protection i declined on the website was in fact mandatory (i have my doubts). Overall my originally estimated $32 rental for a few hours came out to almost three times that amount, having only driven 3 miles over my estimate. This pricing is a scam.

Make sure to get your moving truck on off peak days and the earlier in the day the better. It gets hectic around the beginning and ends of the month.

My experience was one for the books, it took 8hrs for a hitch to be placed on my vehicle which should NEVER be told that it will take an hour to do by another location. I called u-haul to search for the closest location for a hitch to be put on my vehicle but was sent up north( strike one). Then MADE my appt at 11:15a but my vehicle wasn't serviced until 430p but as I was waiting before my vehicle got tooken in I attempted to look elsewhere but was told by the person on the phone from uhaul that it saws ALREADY DONE......Hmmmmmm (strike 2) When I voiced my concerns to the management there at the faulty and corporation it was NOTHING done(strike 3). I SAY THIS WITH HUGE DISCERNMENT NEVER GO HERE
