Went to get a quote initially and the employee named Betty was knowledgeable & exponentially helpful in giving me a storage space to rent that I could totally afford. Yes you can unless you want to pat $20 processing fee over the phone.

You don't have to give notice, however, it's generally a nice thing to. Obviously you have to tell them to stop the lease. Make sure to clean your unit after moving since they will charge a fee if you don't.
