Any kid at NC State will tell you how good Insomnia Cookies are. They're so delicious that there is usually a line out the door but it moves very fast. They have gluten free cookies too but you couldn't tell by the taste. I usually pick up a 6 pack when I go! Also have gift certificates which make a great gift for an undergrad studying for exams.

Just make sure youre very clear with what you're ordering. Went in late one night and the associate tried to charge me for a "deluxe" product when I did not mention anything about wanting it upgraded, which by the way is usually double the price of the classic version. Thankfully I caught it and saved myself the headache and money. I don't know if they're trained this way or not but just a heads up. The classic version of my cookie ice cream sandwich was absolutely delicious and plenty portion wise.

Employees were nice. However the cookies quality was subpar. Eating their cookies after exposure to Crumbl cookies felt like a downgrade for me. I bought a 6 pack and I just don’t think it was worth my money.

Mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'll never change it up. But for the first time I added a chocolate chip cookie and a double chocolate cookie. By far the best ice cream sandwich I've had. The cookies are warm and crispy and holds the ice cream really well. My partner got the dippers and was floored by the amount of buttercream icing. His mini cookies were the perfect amount of crunchy. Still our favorite way to end a late night date.
