Pizza's ok. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a steak Stromboli, under the assumption that it would only contain steak, not steak, and ham and salami. Simple mistake. So I explained to Frank himself, that I made a mistake when I ordered that; I wanted a steak calzone instead. His response to me was basically, he lost out on money for that Stromboli since I didn't want it. I asked him to switch out the Stromboli for the calzone, since I made a mistake. He refused, and was very rude about it. Despite my owning up to the mistake I made. I thought the customer was always right. Frank's Pizza is not good enough for you to talk crazy to your customers, so believe me, I'll never be there again.

What a secret! Come on down for the best most authentic NYC pizza! Hands down the best pizza that I’ve ever had. The cheese steak was good too! Had a bite from my wife’s and it was superb. Save room for the dessert!!!

Boyfriend raved about it after someone told him it was the best around - it is! Even the basic pep/cheese was amazing! I’ve never been a twice in a row pizza girl, but I was to finish this up! Going to try their pasta tonight next!

I order pizza and chicken with fries. I went to go pay my food which I order online…. When I got there my food was ridiculous high the chicken tenders were 7 including fries online when I got there it was 10 for chicken tenders and fries. So I spoke with the owner and explained to him how ridiculous it was with the price difference. He states he wasn’t going to change it. Also said that was an old menu. Terrible customer service coming from the owner. I haven’t been back since
