Don't like the fact that I'm on the third floor other than that the rooms is clean the kitchens is nice and the people are relatively nice here keep in mind when you have a lot of people that hang out outside does not mean that it's a bad place this is you put people inside of a hotel so you can't smoke and you get smokers at a hotel they're going to smoke outside and every Hotel it is called buyer beware all I can say about this place is there is no mold and everything is up to code the people here are very nice about everything I read a lot of bad reviews but it helped me for the week please check things out When you stay in a hotel had one bad experience with woodspring and that was Kissimmee Florida but this place in Silver Springs my opinion is very nice

I would like a refund for the room, this room is completely trashed and was very filthy and uncleaned, hair everywhere from the last people that stayed in the room, stains and bugs on the bed and walls and floors, Employees playing around spraying each other with cleaning sprays nd cleaning products. Overall a complete waste of money and would like to get it back, i will be contacting Department Of Labor and my lawyer if my money doesn't find it's way back to my account. Also we have pictures of everything and will be shown or sent in by us

the rooms are nice the staff was great I just wish they had a pool. I might have to find another hotel because of this and I spend almost every night at one.

What a nightmare! Where to begin? SMH! Nothing worked, was replaced, refilled, or available. No cups, no ice, no working vending machines. They were all absent, or broken down. Nobody at the front desk to complain to. No soap, 0 rags, 0 hand towels and 2 bath towels for a room for 4 accommodations. Only half a roll of toilet paper and nothing else applicable, no tissues, napkins, or paper towels. . You can hear your neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs at their children starting at 6am. Drunk man in the hallway at 8 am. An actual fight/brawl happened in the hall way at 3 am, and to top it all off... we found out the hard way that we overpaid at a hotel that is overpriced for us, people who pay. But, gives free passes/stays for those in need of emergency housing. Just know that if you are planning a stay here with your family DON'T do it!!! If you have to stay here God bless you. If you're the problem there...thanks for traumatizing my 8 y/o granddaughter with your obnoxious drunken disorderly conduct! Not all children are subjected to such behavior and/or language. There are families there with children, please refrain from the nonsense!

Yes, they have an elevator. Floors 1-3 are non-smoking, floor number 4 (top floor) is a smoking floor. Rooms are modest, but clean. Somewhat larger than a standard hotel room, and are equipped with a standard size refrigerator, two-burner stove top, microwave, full size bed, table w/ two chairs, a small dresser, and a night stand. Larger rooms with two full size beds are also available. Standard room rates are $300 per week (not including tax).

If you pay by the month, its $999 plus tax for a room with one bed. Rooms with two beds, or a bed and a pull out couch are slightly higher.
It varies a little currently I saw $359 weekly. Monthly may be cheaper. Give them a call. Rates may go down after this month which is busy season for this area.
