Perfection takes time so plan to wait if there's a line. But trust me it's worth it. The 1 sandwich had always been amazing and it still is. Plenty of places offer this simple sandwich but no one can seem to compete with the size and flavor while competing in the small price point.

Real slow service. More than 5 people left including me because there were taking to much time to take orders and dispatch food. I can understand that there is shortage of staff everywhere but there were around 8 employees or more and it seems to me that they were slowing down so the people leave. At least show that you actually care and give a good face to the customers and not this face li I hate every single person in the line

I don't expect much from popeyes but tonight takes the cake. I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got to the drive through window I had to repeat my order 5 times and even give them my phone since I ordered through the app and got a confirmation that my food is ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes the lady employee at the drive through window was so confused and could not find anyone's order. She did not know how to operate the POS and kept calling for help. When i finally got my order and went home I was so disappointed. All the chicken was dry and I could not eat it. I almost choked on the chicken being so dry. The biscuit was cook good on the edges but in the middle was doughy and chewy. It's sad to see what this place has become. I pass this restaurant daily and it keeps going under everytime I go there. I think this will be my last chance with this place. Burger King across the street or McDonald's next door is a okay alternative.

1 star cause the person was polite giving us the food. The chicken was the WORST I have EVER had. My 3 piece felt and tasted old and dry. Had three bites only. What a waste of money. Never visiting again... Banned on my list from area, until positive reviews come forward to try to change my mind.
