That is hard to say exactly. That question is better suited to ask the DMV since they would be able to better suited to answering the question. As an Emissions Testing Center we mainly handle only doing the Emissions Test itself or repairs.
There can be many reason why they are failing to work properly. It could be the dashboard or the respective sensors itself. The only way to know for sure is the bring it to a repair shop and have it properly diagnose
Regular oil is 29.95 and the blend is 39.95. Full synthetic is 69.95 but if you do go on to our website there are some seasonal promotion for oil.
