We ordered 2 pizzas at 8:00pm. At 9:30 my husband drives to the Pizza Hut and they are closed. We try to call customer service back. That’s a Joke. They don’t have a way to give your money back. I mean they are robbing people and making the CEOs richer and leaving people without their food. We will never order from them again. Thank goodness Dominos was opened and we finally got to eat at 10:30 after 2 of our family members went on the bed!!! :(

Im gunna make this short and sweet. Food tasted weird like it was bad we didnt even eat everything. Tried to call back and let them know it made us sick. They wouldnt do anything to replace the food or refund or anything. The deliever driver girl was rude as well. I will be sticking with dominos from now on..

Ordered the dinner box and added cheese to the bread sticks. They ran out of rectangular pizzas and failed to cover the replacement medium pizza with enough sauce or cheese to cover the pizza. And then the breadsticks are burnt underneath with semi melted cheese on top, sorta cheese covered croutons. Not impressed.

we have been waiting for 1 hour and 31 minutes for a singular pizza from 4.8 miles down the road . fully expect a refund . also not once twice but 3 times called the non existent customer service line and was not answered by anyone but the people that take the order answer in the second ring. seems they just want to take money and quite literally not deliver on their end. 0/5
