That’s important for a car novice like myself. Other shops would just tell you that you need a new transmission and you’d be none the wiser. I can’t thank Jeff enough. What an awesome place! Really impressed with their work and their customer service. Went here after my car had been at the Lexus dealership and this was a much better experience. This shop is very cool! Jeff and Suzie do an incredible job. I had a check engine light come on and took it to Service Pros to take a look. They found that a faulty gas cap was the issue. The communication was so good they let me know right away how long it was going to take. When I went to pick up the vehicle and pay, Jeff and Suzie threw in a box of girl scout cookies which was very nice and generous. I will take my car back here if I ever need service. I recommend Service Pros to anyone! I am very grateful for them! Thank you Jeff and Suzie!
